医院高值耗材条形码精细化管理模式探讨

摘　　要：目的:实行医院高值耗材条形码管理,体现管理的规范化和精细化,切实维护医患双方的合法权益。方法:采用国家和军队相关规范规定的方法。结果:设立医院高值耗材办公室,开展高值耗材"准入"合法性审核、出入库、一次性耗材毁形监管和当月使用核销等工作。结论:通过规范化的管理把住了中标医用商品"合法使用",真正实现"零库存",计价简化而准确,避免了高值耗材的流失和成本的人为控制。Objective：To use the bar code for refine management of high value consumables to reflect standardization and refined management and protect the lawful rights and interests of both doctors and patients. Methods：We used the relevant specification and the provisions of the nation and PLA. Results：We have established the value consumables office in the hospital to perform refine management of the consumables. Conclusion：Through standardized management, the goods are made to truly realize the goal of legal use and zero reservation.
