摘  要:目的:使医院工程技术人员以及磁共振成像仪操作者对成像仪原理、结构和故障排除方法有更深入认识和了解。方法:通过图表详细论述磁共振成像仪成像的基本原理,介绍核磁、弛豫过程、弛豫时间T1和T2、横向磁化矢量、纵向磁化矢量和射频脉冲等基本概念以及磁共振仪分类的方法、磁共振仪的组成单元和磁共振仪故障排除的实例分析。结果:磁共振成像仪操作者对于磁共振成像仪原理的深入理解,使磁共振成像仪的各种功能得到了有效的应用。通过维修实例,例如对MRI检查时图像出现伪影、信噪比差的故障等故障排除探讨,提供了磁共振成像仪故障排除的基本方法和手段。结论:磁共振成像仪操作者要充分发挥仪器的各种功能,医院工程技术人员要迅速解决仪器使用过程中出现的各种问题,对于仪器原理的理解,仪器结构和组成的了解至关重要。Objective:To enable operators and medical technicians to understand the principles, constructions and ways of troubleshooting of medical equipment and instruments deeply. Methods:We used many diagrams and graphs to elaborates the elementary principle of MRI and introduces a lot of basic concepts ,such as nuclear magnet , relaxation process, relaxation time (T1, spin-lattice relaxation time, T2, spin-spin relaxation time), longitudinal magnetizing vector,transverse magnetizing vector and RF pulses,and classification methods and construction of MRI and analyses of practical examples of the equipment. Results:We promoted the using efficiencies of the equipment, by many maintenance examples, such as the failure analysis and troubleshooting of artificial image(ghost), bad ratio of signal to noise, primary ways of repairing MRI are provided. Conclusion:It is very significant for operators and medical technicians to understand the principles,constructions and ways of troubleshooting of medical equipment and instruments deeply to make full use of various of functions effectively.
