摘　　要：目的:用信息化建设这一新型的辅助管理手段,提高医院管理过程中的规范化水平。方法:通过信息化建设在医院管理中的创新意识、经营理念以及医疗管理等方面的应用,体现出信息化建设对医院管理的促进作用。结果:经过广泛的应用实践,医院的信息化建设使医院管理在各个方面都收到了较好的预期。结论:医院的信息化建设虽然不是医院提高管理水平的唯一途径,但已逐渐成为促进医院管理创新、提高医院核心竞争力的重要手段而为医院领导所重视。Objective：To improve the standardization level in the management process of hospital by using the novel supporting management method as information technology. Methods：We investigated the effects of informatization construction on hospital management, innovation and operation principle to fully reflect the role of informatization construction in hospital management. Results After an extensive application and practice, the hospital information construction brought expected benefits to hospital management in all aspects. Conclusions：Although information construction is not the only way for hospitals to improve the management level, it has become the important method to promote innovation in hospital management and improve the core competitiveness of the hospital.
