摘　　要：目的:介绍一种具有实用价值的检修方法—集成电路在路与非在路静态测试对比法。方法:举实例运用测试对比法进行检修。结果:在无电路图及有关检测仪器的情况下能快速、准确判断电路板中的故障元件。结论:用两种方法来判断分析故障,解决部分进口精密仪器的检修。Objective：To introduce methods of practical value for maintenance of integrated circuit. Methods：We used the test for example comparison method for the overhaul. Results：The fault components could be rapidly and accurately judged without the circuit diagram and relevant test instruments. Conclusion：Some devices manufactured abroad can be maintained with judgment of faults by two methods.
