摘 要:针对合水油田长8储层超低渗透地层特征,在室内以盐酸、磷酸及潜在酸FA等进行复配,通过岩屑溶失性能测试,确定复合缓速酸酸液配方为8%HCl+2.5%H3PO4+2%CL+2%FA。缓速性能评价结果表明,该酸液与常规土酸相比,酸液的有效作用时间从2h提高到8h;岩芯流动试验表明,该缓速酸使天然岩芯的渗透率提高了3.21倍,具有良好的酸化解堵效果。The formulation of composite retarded acid was determined based on the characteristics of the ultra-low permeability of Chang 8 Reservoir in Heshui oilfield.The main part of retarded acid system is composed of hydrochloric acid,phosphoric acid and potential acid FA.Through the dissolve-loss ratio test of rock debris,the composition of retarded acid is determined as: 8%HCl+2.5%H3PO4+2%CL+2%FA.Evaluation results show that the effective time may be prolonged from 2 hours to 8 hours as compared with conventional mud acid.Through core flow test,it is found that the permeability of natural core may increase 3.21 times,by which a good acidification effect is obtained.
