社会体育指导员培训工作中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：对社会体育指导员培训中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了加强社会体育指导员队伍建设的几点措施:改善培训条件;优化培训结构;改进培训内容和方式;构建网络培训平台。通过采取上述措施,能够提高社会体育指导员培训工作水平。By analyzing the main difficulty and current situation of local public-service sports instructor training with literature review,interview survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the author thinks that it is necessary to build practical training system to help the development of public-service sports instructor.The author also puts forward some basic assumptions of training system constitution: ① to improve training team,and connect the general public and colleges and universities.②to iptimize training personnel structure and reasonably amend the way and the content of training.③to build re-training system and continuously consolidate and update knowledge.④to explore the ways to construct effective network platform,which could serve the broad masses of social sports instructors.
