摘　　要：从校园规划设计的重要性入手,总结了校园整体规划应坚持的原则,分别阐述了校园规划设计管理工作的特点、准备工作及设计招评标工作,并对施工过程中的规划设计管理工作进行了分析,为顺利开展高校基本建设提供了理论指导。From the importance of the campus planning and design, the paper sums up the principles for the campus general planning, illustrates the features, the preparation and the bidding of the design of the planning and design management of colleges, and analyzes the management for the planning and design in the construction process, so as to provide the theoretical direction for implementing the infrastructure construction of colleges.
