和平、战争与斯大林时期苏共公信力的提升

摘　　要：苏联卫国战争爆发之前,苏联对外政策遵循两种社会制度国家和平共处原则,加强与西方国家的经济交往,既促进了苏联社会主义工业化,又维护了世界和平。苏联卫国战争爆发后,苏联党和政府鼓舞和组织广大人民群众参加反法西斯战争,主导世界反法西斯统一战线的形成,为世界反法西斯战争的胜利做出了巨大的贡献。苏联卫国战争胜利后,苏联对外政策忠于社会主义国际主义原则,维护了欧亚人民民主国家的利益,为保卫世界和平与民主做出了新的贡献。苏联在和平与战争问题上的正确立场,使苏维埃政权经历了伟大卫国战争的严峻考验,苏共公信力也因此得到进一步的提升。Before the Soviet patriotic war broke out, the Soviet foreign policy followed the principle of peaceful coexistence between the two different social system. The Soviet Union established economic links with western countries. This not only promoted the socialist industrialization of the Soviet Union, but also protected the world peace. After the Soviet patriotic war broke out, the Communist Party of the Soviet Union organized and encouraged the people to fight against fas- cism and established the united front of the people of all countries to struggle against fascism. The Soviet Union has made great contribution to the antifascist war. After the victory of the Soviet Union patriotic war, the Soviet foreign policy made loyal to the international socialist principles. This protected the interests of the Eurasian people＇s democratic nations. This has made new contribution to the world peace and democracy. The position of the Soviet Union in peace and war made the Soviet passed through the test of the war. Thus the Public Credibility of Communist party of the Soviet Union has been improved.
