摘 要:以GSC3型AC接触器为例,运用"场"、"路"结合的方法求解电磁参数:大气隙时应用三维有限元非线性静态分析,求出不同气隙和励磁电流下的电磁吸力值,而在小气隙时考虑分磁环的作用,引用磁路的方法简化此时的电磁吸力的计算,得到了各状态下的磁系统的磁场分布图形,构造不用气隙、电流下电磁吸力的二维数据表,并最终完成整个过程的插值动特性工程数值仿真。对仿真的结果也进行了一定的分析。Taking GSC3 AC contactor as the example, the methods of"field" and "circuit" is introduced to solve electromagnetic parameters. Based on 3D finite element static nonlinear analysis, the flux linkage and electromagnetic force can be evaluated with different air gap and exciting current for longer gap. In addition, concerning to the shading coil for smaller gap, magnetic circuit can facilitate the calculation. The 3D image of magnetic field distribution was plotted and the two-dimension datasheet was acquired, which includes the dynamic characteristic of the suction and the value of the total flux linkage. In the end, the whole interpolating simulation process was finished and final results were analyzed.
