摘 要:凸轮的轮廓曲线要求非常精密,工作环境多样,为了保证运动特性,凸轮不仅需要很高的精确度而且还需要很高的整体强度,所以凸轮的优化是非常必要的。介绍了利用MATLAB计算软件对不同运动要求的凸轮的基圆半径以及滚子半径进行优化设计,然后再利用CAXA系列CAD软件作图进行盘形凸轮的二维设计,再用CAXA导出的IGES文件导入Pro/E软件对凸轮进行三维造型。三维模型建完之后根据机械原理与机械设计的知识分析出凸轮上最容易发生形变的点,然后再把三维模型以IGES格式导入到ANSYS软件当中对此点进行静力分析,得到应力云图,为凸轮的加工生产提供可靠信息。此方法简单可靠很容易衍生到其他机构的分析当中。The contour curve of cam is very precise, and its working environment is diversiform. In order to obtain the given motion characteristics, cam not only need high degree of accuracy but also need high overall intensity, so the optimization design of the cam is very necessary. The optimization design of the base circle radius of disc cams and radius of roller with MATLAB software and the method of 2D design of disc cams with CAXA software are described in this paper. Then, the method of constructing 3D model of disc cams by using the IGES document from CAXA software in Pro/E software are described. After built the 3D model ,we can find the point where transforms most easily by using the knowledge of principle of machinery and machine design ,and then loading the 3D model of IGES format into the ANSYS software for static analysis of this point and provide reliable information for processing production. This method is simple, reliable and easily to analyse other mechanism.
