中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭(失代偿期)60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肾衰汤对慢性肾衰竭失代偿期辨证属脾肾气虚、湿浊内停证患者的疗效。方法在常规西医治疗的基础上加肾衰汤煎服,前后检测肾功能、血红蛋白及24小时尿蛋白定量。结果总有效率90%,治疗前后比较肾功能得到明显改善,血红蛋白增加,尿蛋白排出明显减少。结论肾衰汤有效延缓肾衰竭的进展。Objective To observe the effect of Compound soup of renal failure therapy on chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods Fried takes compound soup of renal failure on the basis of conventional treatment of western,test before and after kidney function,hemoglobin and the 24-hour urinary protein quantitative.Results The total effective rate 90%,before and after treatment renal function was improved obviously,hemoglobin increase,Protein urine discharge for significantly less.Conclusion Compound soup of renal failure can be delayed by using renal failure prescription of CMD.
