摘 要:目的统计国内颅脑CT灌注成像的辐射剂量资料,探讨相关检查的剂量因素和影响。方法网络查询国内2005年1月~2011年1月统计源杂志颅脑CT灌注成像相关论文并测算其辐射剂量,发出颅脑CT灌注成像扫描剂量调查表到广州8家三甲医院,统计其扫描方法和辐射剂量。结果广州市内8家三甲医院均采用轴位扫描,平均扫描总毫安秒为4073mAs,平均CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)为344.7mGy;查询文献电影扫描模式80kV平均扫描总毫安秒为10798mAs,120kV为7974mAs;轴位扫描模式80kV平均总毫安秒为5911mAs,120kV为5528mAs。结论国内颅脑CT灌注成像扫描方式和辐射剂量差异较大,需加以优化。Objective To assess the radiation dosages of CT perfusion imaging in the head.Methods The dosages were calculated based on papers of CT perfusion imaging in the head published in Chinese journals form Jan.2005 to Jan.2011,and the data about the dosages of CT perfusion imaging in head in 8 major hospitals were completed.Results The scan mode in 8 major hospitals was axial,the mean total mAs and mean CTDIvol in CT perfusion scanning of the head was 3266 mAs and 344.7 mGy,respectively.For the papers,the mean total mAs of cine mode was 10798 at 80kV,7974 at 120kV;axial mode was 5911 at 80kV,5528 at 120kV,respectively.Conclusion The radiation dosages of CT perfusion imaging in the head were not unified,and need to be optimized.
