摘　　要：通过分析项目管理中成本、进度、质量之间的关系,对积石峡水电站设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段的造价控制实施了动态管理和监督,保证了量、价、费、合同外增减款项的合理性和真实性。By analyzing the relationships of cost, schedule and quality in project management of Jishixia Hydropower Station, the dynamic management and supervision on pricing control are implemented in the phases of design, bidding, construction and completion and settlement. These controls guarantee the rationality and truthfulness of quantity, price, expenses and the increased or reduced costs not included in contracts.
