积石峡水电站工程环境监理的实践与探讨

摘　　要：积石峡水电站工程施工过程中,会产生大量的水污染、大气污染、噪声污染、弃渣及垃圾污染等环境问题;大规模扰动原有土地还会造成新的水土流失。因此,施工之初环境监理工作就确立了环境保护目标,建立了环境保护体系,加强了环境保护"三同时"制度,落实了污染防治及治理措施,从而达到了最大程度减少环境影响和保护环境的目的。During the construction of Jishixia Hydropower Power project, the environmental problems of water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution, debris and garbage pollution will be produced, and the soil erosion will also be additionally created as the large-scale excavation of natural land. Therefore, from the beginning of construction, the environmental protection objectives are determined, the environmental protection system is developed, the system of ＂three simultaneous＂ is enhanced and the prevention and control measures are strictly implemented by environmental supervision to achieve the goals of minimizing environmental impact and protecting environment.
