摘　　要：研究在现有基于TDM技术的移动国际出入口网络引入软交换技术的可行性,并对软交换国际局的设局方案、国际侧和国内侧网络组织方案、软交换国际局的新功能需要进行了分析。研究结论对推动软交换技术在国际局中的应用有着重大的技术意义和现实意义。With studying the feasibility of introducing softswitch technique into mobile international telecom gateway network,which is now based on TDM technique,this article analyzed the setup method,network structure and new function requirement of a softswitch international network and draw the conclusion.The result is very useful to push forward the application of softswitch technique in the international telecom gateway network planning.
