摘  要:目的:观察低氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)患者肺动脉收缩压(PASP)与基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)和炎症因子的关系,进一步探讨HPH的发病机制。方法:测定52例HPH患者和50例健康者的PASP、血清MMP-2、TIMP-1、MMP-2/TIMP-1、TNF-oα、IL-6、hs-CRP。结果:HPH患者的血清MMP-2、TIMP-1、hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。HPH患者的PASP与MMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-1、hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6呈显著正相关。PASP多因素Backward逐步回归分析显示,MMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-1、hs-CRP和TNF-α对PASP具有预测作用。结论:MMPs系统和炎症因子可能共同参与HPH的发病过程。Objective To investigate the con'elations between pulmonary arteiy systolic pressure (PASP) and MMP-2, TIMP-1, inflammatory factors in patients with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH), and evaluate the mechanism of HPH. Methods Levels of PASP, MMP-2, TIMP-I, TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP were measured in 52 patients with HPH and 50 healthy controls. Results Levels of MMP-2, TIMP-1, hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6 in patients with HPH were higher than those in healthy controls (P 〈 0.05). Levels of PASP in patients with HPH were positively correlated with the levels of MMP-2, MMP-2/TIMP-I, hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6. Multiple backward regression analysis showed that MMP-2, MMP-2/TIMP-1, hs-CRP, and TNF-α may be used to predict PASP. Conclusion MMPs system and inflammation factors may play important roles in the development of HPH.
