摘　　要：土地流转正在我国如火如荼地进行着,有人认为这是我国的又一次土地革命,有人认为这是我国解决农村土地问题的一把金钥匙……土地流转将何去何从?文章试通过回顾我国农村土地流转政策随土地制度改革的变迁,得出土地流转是我国土地政策的必然;在土地流转过程中,土地的所有权归集体或国有将会长久不变;同时,为了更好地促进农村经济再一次为我国的城市化和工业化提供后续动力,土地流转应与农村小城镇建设相结合。The action of land remove is being performed. Some people take this action as a land revolution; some people take this action as a gold key to the solution of the land remove in rural area, How shall we treat the action？ Through the review of land reform policy changes in rural land, the author of this paper thinks that land remove is inevitable; in the process of land reform, it won＇t be changed that the owner of land is the collective or our country; at the same time, in order to promote the urbanization and industrialization, land reform should be combined with the construction of the town.
