摘　　要：美国天然气市场是世界最发达的天然气市场之一。分析了美国天然气市场井口价格和输气管道的发展历程,阐述了不同时期美国政府确保行业发展所采取的举措,并在此基础上提出了相关的看法,如市场发展要以健全的立法为基础;井口价格解除管制是行业发展的必然趋势;管道建设与监管是政府工作的重点;市场发展初期需要适当垄断等。The nature gas market of America is one of the most developed gas markets in the world. The article analyzes the development of its well-head price and pipeline transportation according to different stages, and related measures the government took to ensure its smooth progress. At the end views are presented such as perfect legislation, the deregulated well-head price, pipeline construction and surveillance and proper monopoly at the initial stage of development.
