康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:使用康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC),观察其临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机、对照的研究方法,将符合入选标准的77例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组39例(康复新液组),对照组38例(5-ASA组),分别于治疗前后对症状、体征积分,生活质量量化评分;治疗2周后评价其临床疗效及安全性。随访3个月分别观察其复发率。结果:(1)治疗2周后疾病总体疗效评价:治疗组总有效率84.2%,对照组总有效率84.6%,2组间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗2周后主要症状、体征疗效评价:2组治疗前后自身比较均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),显示2种治疗方式均可明显缓解患者症状及体征。(3)治疗2周后2组间症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎对改善患者症状体征方面优于对照组。(4)治疗2周后生活质量评分:2组治疗前后自身比较均有改善,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)随访3个月后疾病复发率比较:治疗组复发率12.5%,对照组复发率22.2%,2组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎安全有效,可以改善患者临床症状和体征,提高患者的生活质量。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical safety andcurative effects of the Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. METHODS 77 patients were divided into treatment group and control group： Kangfuxinliquid group, 5-ASA group. After two weeks of treatment the clinical efficacy and safety of Kangfuxin liquid were evaluated, and were followed up for 3 months respectively to observe its recurrence. RESULTS （1） After two weeks treatment, the difference in symptom scores and the quality of life score were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. （2） The effective rate was 84. 21% in treatment group 84. 62% in control group respectively. Compared two groups of course, there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. （3） After 2 weeks treatment, there was significant differenee in the symptom score between the two groups（P〉0.05）. It suggested that Kangfuxin liquid improved the symptoms and signs of ulcerative colitis patients better than the control group. （4） After two weeks treatment, compared with control groups, the quality of life scores increased after the Kangfuxin liquid treatment, the differences had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. （5） Followed-up 3 months later, the recurrence rate was 12. 50% in treatment group, and 22. 22% in control group（P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Kangfuxin liquid is effective in the treatmtent of ulcerative colitis, it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life of the patients.
