摘  要:基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术,研发了一套钢液成分在线分析系统,实现了钢液中Cr、Ni、Si、Mn元素成分的半定量在线分析。实验采用中频感应炉熔炼钢材,并在熔炼过程中添加原料来调整钢液中的元素浓度。通过估算的浓度值绘制标定曲线,比较了不同特征谱线的标定结果。结果表明,采用合适的特征谱线能使标定曲线相关系数达到0.9476以上,测量结果的相对标准差低于7.43%,平均误差低于0.058%。浓度在线测量中,通过中值滤波提高了测量精度,抑制了异常点,准确识别了浓度改变时刻和变化程度。A set of equipment for on-line measurement of molten steel composition is developed based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS).The equipment can semi-quantify the elements of Cr,Ni,Si and Mn in molten steel online.In the experiment,solid steel is melted in a median frequency induction furnace and the concentrations of the elements are adjusted through adding raw materials.Calibration curves are built based on the estimated element concentration and different calibration curves are compared with each other.Results show that through optimizing the characteristic lines,the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves are above 0.947 6,the relative standard deviations are lower than 7.43%,and the average weight errors are lower than 0.058%.In the on-line measurement,using median filtering,the accuracy can be improved,the abnormal points can be inhibited,and the time and degree that the concentrations change can be successfully identified.
