摘  要:目的为了解德阳市公共场所室内可吸入颗粒物(以下简称PM10)污染状况,摸清污染规律,为改善公共场所室内空气质量、降低危害提供科学依据。方法 2004年1月1日-2009年12月31日,每年随机抽取德阳市区大、中、小型公共场所经营单位,按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》(GB/T 17220-1998)的规定,在经营期间一次性监测室内空气中PM10浓度。结果对2 160户公共场所经营单位,监测室内空气中PM10浓度指标4 157个,浓度平均值存在年度差异,呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义;浓度平均值有季节性差异,以冬季最高,差异有统计学意义;浓度平均值不同行业有差异,文化娱乐业最高,差异有统计学意义。结论揭示公共场所室内PM10污染情况,加强公共场所卫生管理,改善空气质量,对整个人群卫生防病具有深远的意义。Objectives Planning to study the indoor pollution of inhalable particulate matter (PM10) at public places in Deyang, in order to find out the regular patterns of pollution and to offer scientific supports for improving indoor air quality at public places. Methods The concentration of PM10 during business hours was monitored at all kinds of large, medium, and small public places randomly selected in 2004 - 2009 according to the Technical Specifications for Health Monitoring in Public Places. Results There were 4157 data collected from 2160 public places. The annual average concentration of PM10 was rising, which was different in seasons with the highest in winter and was different in businesses with the highest in entertainment sectors. Conclusion The situation of indoor pollution of PM10 at public places revealed that reinforcing the management of indoor sanitation in public places and improving air quality were important in disease prevention of whole population.
