摘　　要：建设坚强智能电网作为解决人们日益增长的能源需求的有效手段,已经成为了当前重要的一项国家战略。河南省智能电网战略也已经上升到政府和社会高度,以全面建设坚强智能电网为契机,全力打造河南电力枢纽,加快实现中原崛起。Building strong smart grid as a solution to the growing demand for effective means of energy, has become a national strategy for the current key.Smart grid strategy in Henan Province has risen to a high degree of government and society,to create Henan Electric Power Project,to accelerate the rise of Central China.
