摘 要:针对厚度为0.1~3.5mm的印制电路板在研磨过程中刚度差的问题,介绍了一种基于电流控制的柔性研磨技术.在刷辊研磨过程中,根据刷辊转动电机的瞬时测量电流与预期设定电流的比较结果,控制脉冲的发送频率与数目,从而实现伺服电机以不同速度调整磨削深度,即实现恒定磨削力的研磨过程.实验结果表明,采用电流控制的柔性研磨系统可以高效而又精确地研磨印制电路板.A flexible grinding technology based on the electric current control is presented to resolve the problem of low rigidity of PCB on grinding,the thickness of which varies from 0.1 mm to 3.5 mm.The comparative results between the real-time and setting current during grinding control the frequency and the number of servo pulse and then the servo motor adjusts the grinding depth of cut at several different speeds,in order to realize the constant grinding force in the process of grinding.The results show that the PCB can be grinded efficiently and accurately by means of the flexible grinding technology based on current electric control.
