萎胃康颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理形态学影响及细胞增殖抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究萎胃康颗粒对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用多重刺激复制大鼠CAG模型,造模成功后给予萎胃康颗粒治疗,观察其对CAG大鼠胃黏膜组织形态及核转录因子-kB(NF-kB)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响。结果:萎胃康颗粒明显改善CAG大鼠病损程度,,降低CAG大鼠胃黏膜上皮细胞NF-kB和PCNA的表达(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:萎胃康颗粒对CAG具有良好的治疗作用,其机制可能与抑制细胞增殖有关。Objective：To study the effect and the mechanism of Wei-Wei-Kang-Granule on rats with chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）.Method：Chronic atrophic gastritis of rat was established through a synthesized method.The rats were treated with Wei-Wei-Kang-Granule after the model was made successfully.The influences of the powder on morphology of gastric mucosa and the expression of NF-kB and PCNA in gastric mucosa endothelial cell of the rats with CAG were investigated.Result：Wei-Wei-Kang-Granule could reduce the injuries in CAG rats,restore the gastric mucosa,reduce inflammatory reactions,degrade the expression of NF-kB and PCNA（P 0.01或P 0.05）.Conclusion：Wei-Wei-Kang-Granule could improve pathomorphological changes in CAG rats.It might be related with enhancement of inhibitting cell proliferation.
