烟叶抗破碎指数与机械加工性能的关系

摘　　要：为了探讨烟叶抗破碎指数与烟叶机械加工性能的关系,测定了我国不同类型、不同产区、不同品种、不同等级烟叶的抗破碎指数、抗张力、抗张强度和延伸率,并做了简单相关分析和灰色关联度分析。结果表明:抗张力、抗张强度和延伸率与抗破碎指数均达到极显著相关关系。灰色关联度中以抗张强度最大,灰色关联度达到0.6561;延伸率最小,灰色关联度为0.6294,关联序为抗张强度>抗张力>延伸率。因此,用烟叶抗破碎指数表示烟叶机械加工性能是可行的。In order to investigate the relationships of shatter resistance index and machinability of tobacco leaf,tobacco leaves of different types,grades and varieties were sampled from different growing areas,the shatter resistance index,tensile resistance,tensile strength and elongation of the samples were analyzed with simple correlation analysis and grey incidence analysis.The results showed that： shatter resistance index extremely significantly correlated to tensile resistance,tensile strength and elongation,which in the order of grey correlation degree was tensile strength tensile resistance elongation;the grey correlation degree of tensile strength and elongation was 0.6561 and 0.6294,respectively.It is feasible to use shatter resistance index to represent the machinability of tobacco leaf.
