槐白皮对大鼠上呼吸道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的了解槐白皮水提物对上呼吸道菌群有抑制作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法选取健康体重(250±20)g wistar大鼠45只,♀♂兼用,分为生理盐水组、庆大霉素组和70%槐白皮水提物组,每组15只,分别接受3种药物滴鼻吸入,然后处死取鼻腔和气管粘膜上的细菌进行体外培养,评价槐白皮对上呼吸道细菌的影响。结果庆大霉素组和70%槐白皮水提物组与生理盐水组菌落数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05),而庆大霉素组与70%槐白皮水提物组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 70%槐白皮水提物对大鼠上呼吸道细菌有抑制作用。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of water-extracted substance from sophora japonical on bacteria in upper respiratory tract of rats,and provide experimental evidence for clinical application of sophora japonical.Methods Forty-five wistar rats（weighing 250±20g） were randomly divided into normal saline group,gentamicin group and sophora japonical group.Saline water,gentamicin and 70% Water-extracted substance from sophora japonical were given by aerosol inhalation and nasal drip to each group.Then the rats were killed and bacteria in basal cavity and tracheal mucosa were taken and cultured.Bacteria colonies per plate and bacterial number per square centimeter were counted.Results Sophora japonical and gentamicin group both showed strongly inhibit growth of bacteria.compared with the normal saline group（P0.05）.The bacteriostatic action did not show noticeable difference between the gentamicin and sophora japonical group（P0.05）.Conclusion 70% Water-extracted substance of sophora japonical has strong inhibitory effect on bacteria in upper respiratory tract of rat.
