摘 要:目的分析2005~2010年防城港市登革热监测结果,为登革热流行趋势的预测、预警和制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法收集本市2005~2010年2个监测点媒介伊蚊的监测资料,进行描述性统计分析。结果防城港市的优势蚊种为白纹伊蚊,未发现埃及伊蚊;监测点大部分监测月份伊蚊布雷图指数(BI)均超过5的安全水平,其中水田屯蚊媒密度较高,最高BI达104,企沙街相对较低,最高BI为54,2009年以后企沙街蚊媒密度明显降低;阳性容器以暂时性容器为主;2006年送检的全部成蚊标本未检测到登革热病毒核酸或分离到病毒。结论防城港市在虫媒方面已经具备传播登革热病毒的条件,存在登革热流行的潜在危险,应加强监测、卫生宣教以及改善农村环境。Objective To analyze the results in monitoring of mosquito vectors transmitting dengue fever in Fangchenggang city from 2005 to 2010 and provide scientific basis for forecasting the prevalent trend,early warning and making control measures.Methods The data of surveillance of Aedes mosquito vectors in tow monitoring sites from 2005-2010 were collected and descriptively analyzed.Results The predominated mosquito vectors in Fangchenggang City was Aedes albopictus and Aedes aegypti was not found.The Breteau Index(BI) in each month was under 5.The BI in paddy field was 104,the highest and that in the Qishajie was at a relatively low level of 54 and further reduced since 2009.Most of the positive containers were temporary one.No dengue virus and dengue dengue virus nucleic acid were isolated or detected from the samples collected since 2006.Conclusion The mosquito vectors transmitting dengue fever was capable of transmission of the disease and there was the potential of prevalence of dengue fever in Fangchenggang City.Thus the practice of surveillance,health propaganda and modification of environment be strengthened.
