海口地区动物布鲁氏菌病调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解近年海口地区动物间布鲁氏菌病的流行和发生情况,提出科学有效的防治建议和措施。方法采用琥红平板凝集试验法,对2006-2010年收集的1 830份动物血清进行布鲁氏菌病病原检测。结果种用公母猪365份样品,阳性6份,阳性率1.64%;奶牛96份,阳性0份,阳性率0%;入岛生猪1 369份,阳性32份,阳性率2.34%。结论种用公母猪和入岛生猪的阳性率逐年上升,若不采取有效的防治措施,将给公共卫生安全带来很大的威胁。Objective To survey the prevalence of animal brucellosis in Haikou area and offer scientific evidence for control of the disease.Methods There 1 830 animal blood samples were collected from 2006-2010 and detected by using Rose-Bengal plate agglutination method.Results The positive rates of 365 breeding pigs were 1.64%（6/365）;the positive rate of 96 blood samples from cows was 0.The positive rate of 1 369 imported pig samples 2.34%（32/1369）.Conclusion There were risk of animal brucellosis in Haikou area and effective control and monitoring measures be taken to control the prevalence of animal brucellosis.
