摘　　要：目的观察依曲替酸治疗Darier's病的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用开放、随机对照临床研究方法,研究组23例患者口服依曲替酸,初始剂量为每次10mg,每天3次;对照组12例患者口服维胺脂,初始剂量为每次25mg,每天3次。第一个月每周随访一次,一个月后每2周随访一次,均治疗随访2个月。结果经2个月的观察,研究组临床痊愈率为69.6%,有效率为100.0%;对照组临床痊愈率为25.0%,有效率为91.7%。常见的副作用是皮肤粘膜反应,两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论依曲替酸治疗Darier's病疗效较好,对治疗Darier's病是一种良好的临床选择。Aim To observe the efficacy and safety of acitretin in patients with Darier＇s disease.Methods An open,randomized controlled clinical test was conducted.23 patients in the test group were treated orally with acitretin capsule 10mg triple daily for the first month,and 12 patients in the control group with viaminati capsule 25mg triple daily for the first month.The follow up was once every week in the first month and every other week in the second month,and the period of observation was two months in two groups.Results The cure rate and the effective rate in test group were 69.6%,100.0% respectively,and in control group 25.0%,91.7% respectively.The usual side-effect was mucocutaneous reaction,there were no significant differences between two groups with regard to the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusions Acitretin is a safe and effective agent and a good clinical choice in the treatment of Darier＇s disease.
