摘 要:为了合理分配维修资源并提高设备的可靠性、可用性和安全性,建立了一种基于风险和状态的维修决策系统。采用实时数据库、网络服务和面向服务的架构技术,综合集成以可靠性为中心的维修、状态监测系统和生产执行系统搭建了统一的数据结构和人机界面平台。基于RCM风险评估和状态监测技术,利用风险等级、故障特征信号的劣化趋势实现了基于风险和状态的维修决策和维修任务优化。工程应用表明:基于风险和状态的维修决策能够降低设备运行风险、提高设备的可靠性、可用性和安全性;领导层和工程师的强力支持,针对工程师、操作人员和维修人员的专业培训是基于风险和状态的维修模式成功转型的关键。In order to rationally allocate maintenance resources and improve equipment reliability,availability and safety,a kind of risk condition based decision making model is established in this paper.Using real time database,web service and Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) technology,a data framework is developed to provide a unified data structure and man-machine interface,which integrates Reliability-centered Maintenance(RCM),condition monitoring system(CMS) and manufacturing executive system(MES) together.Based on the technology of RCM and condition monitoring,the risk rank and degradation trend of fault characteristics are used to support the decision-making and to optimize maintenance tasks.The result of an engineering case shows that the maintenance strategy based on the risk and condition prediction can lower operation risk of equipment,and can enhance equipment reliability,availability and safety.Experiences show that the key factors affecting the successful transition to a more risk condition informed approach include firm support from both the manager and the engineers as well as education and training for engineers,operators and maintenance staffs.
