不同苜蓿品种建植当年田间生长发育与根系特征的比较

摘　　要：以8个苜蓿品种为研究对象,对其建植当年的生长速度、物质积累动态以及主根直径、根颈特性、根体积进行研究。结果表明,8个苜蓿品种在建植当年整个生育期的物质积累动态均表现为"慢-快-慢-快"的规律,但是不同品种的生长潜力及对环境敏感性存在差异,其中生长潜力较大且对环境敏感性小的品种有皇冠、阿尔冈金、WL-323、宁苜一号、三得利。参试苜蓿品种各根系参数间也存在差异,根系发育较好的有三得利、青睐、宁苜一号、WL-323。对物质积累与根系各指标的相关性分析表明,苜蓿地上部分生长发育与根系特性密切相关。Productivity and root characteristics of eight one-year-old alfalfa varieties were studied.The results showed that the growth potential of Phabulous,Aergangjin,WL-323,Ningmuyihao and Three Profits surpass Qinglai,Landmark 2 and Alfaking;the sensitivity of environment was Landmark 2AlfakingQinglaiWL-323NingmuyihaoAergangjingThreeProfitsPhabulous.The matter accumulation rule on eight alfalfa varieties was ＂slow-fast-slow-fast＂.There were differences on root characteristics.Matter accumulation was highly correlating with root volum,crown diameter,taproot diameter underground 0~10 cm depth（P0.01）,and with crown branch number,taproot diameter underground 10~20 cm,20~30 cm,lower than 30 cm depth,was positive correlation.
