摘　　要：综述消防跨地区火灾现场力量调集系统的发展现状,在此基础上构建WebGIS框架下的跨地区火灾现场力量调集系统。介绍系统设计研究思路,从功能需求、数据需求、性能需求等方面进行需求分析,介绍系统总体结构和核心模块设计,简要说明如何实现跨地区数据共享。实际应用情况表明,系统功能运行稳定,各项指标都达到了设计要求。The development status of fire fighting force interregional mobilization system was summarized,and based on which the fire fighting force interregional mobilization system under the framework of WebGIS was designed.The design plan was introduced.Needs analysis was carried out in points of functional requirement,data requirement and performance requirement.The system overall structure and core module design were introduced.The realization of interregional data sharing was briefly illustrated.The application showed that the system can perform stable,and indicators have all reached design requirements.
