摘　　要：单纤维强力仪是棉纺厂中的常用仪器,经常会因使用环境恶劣引起故障,本文针对棉纤维的夹持困难和打印机的传动部件运转不灵故障,提出了解决办法,要做到放样准确、轻柔;夹持松紧适度,不滑脱;出现滑脱能处理;经常清理传动部件内的飞花。同时介绍了单纤维强力仪的常规调试方法。Single fiber strength tester is the instrument used in the cotton mills, often caused by failure due to poor conditions. In this paper, cotton fiber clamping difficulties and dysfunctional parts of the printer drive failure, propose a solution, in order to stake out an accurate, gentle, holding an appropriate degree, does not slip, appear slip handles, frequent cleaning of drive components inside the fly. Also introduced a single fiber strength tester conventional debugging methods.
