摘 要:为提高高校贫困生资助体系认定效率,降低认定成本,通过对高校现有认证体系进行调研,对现有认定方法存在的不足进行了分析,给出了一种基于模糊变换的贫困度评价模型的模糊综合评价法。重点分析了应用模糊变换的贫困度评价模型对贫困生认定定性关系定量化、模糊综合评价的建模方法和贫困生认定模糊综合评价的实证。最后设计并实现了基于B/S架构的贫困生认定系统。实验结果表明,该方法科学、合理、可以较好地克服传统贫困生认定中存在的主观性和盲目性,具有良好的可操作性。In order to improve the efficiency of the college financial aid system for identifing students from poor families,reduce the cost of the work,the shortcomings of the existing certification methods are analyzed according to the results from the investigation for existing certification systems and a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model based on the fuzzy transformation is proposed.The poverty index evaluation model using the fuzzy transformation for poor students certification by quantification of the qualitative relationship,modeling methods and real evidence of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is analyzed emphatically.A poor students certification system based on B/S architecture was designed and implemented.Experiments show that the method is scientific,reasonable,and can identify students from poor families and overcome the subjectivity and blindness of the existing traditional methods.The system has a good maneuverability.
