经济与环境的高度融合是“十二五”冶金行业发展的大趋势

摘　　要：经济与环境的高度融合是"十二五"环保规划的核心思想。为此我国将采取严厉的宏观环境政策,实行环境优先的战略方针。在"十二五"规划中,环境保护对冶金行业提出4项基本要求:产业结构减排,SO2治理工程,SO2管理减排,NOx治理工程。High degree integration of economic and environment is the core idea of environmental planning of the Twelfth five-year-plan.Our country will take stringent macro-environment policies and implement strategic of environment priority.In the Twelfth five-year-plan,there are four basic requirements in environmental protection of the metallurgical industry： industrial structure emission reducing,SO2 emissions control project,management emission reducing of SO2,NOx control project.
