重负荷柴油机油分散性能的探讨

摘　　要：重负荷柴油机油对油品的烟炱分散性要求越来越高。研究表明,不同组成的基础油对油品分散性能影响不同,其中链烷烃是理想组分;文章考察了不同结构黏度指数改进剂、不同结构的无灰分散剂和金属清净剂对油品分散性能的影响规律,为高档柴油机油的研发提供技术支持。The soot-dispersancy is required higher and higher with the upgrading of heavy-duty diesel engine oil.Results of the tests showed that base oils with different chemical group compositions have different effects on soot-dispersancy of oils,and alkane is the ideal composition.The study also revealed that viscosity index improvers and additives used in oils such as dispersants,detergents,anti-oxidants also have important impacts on soot-dispersancy of oils.It provides technical support for the development of high performance diesel engine oils.
