摘　　要：文章介绍了膨润土润滑脂的制备工艺,通过在膨润土基础脂中加入不同类型抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂和防锈防腐剂。采用"自拟"建立氧化安定性,考察抗氧剂在基础脂中抗氧化性能;采用四球机测试其PB和PD,考察极压抗磨剂在基础脂中的抗磨极压性能;采用GB/T 5018和GB/T 7326,考察防锈防腐蚀剂在基础脂中防锈防腐蚀特性。最后甄选满足膨润土基础润滑脂抗氧、极压抗磨和防锈防腐蚀的添加剂类型。The preparation technology of bentone grease is described.Different types of antioxidants,extreme pressure anti-wear agent,rust inhibitor and preservatives were added into the base grease.By adopting ＂self-established＂ oxidation stability method to examine the properties of antioxidants,using four-ball testing machine which can test their P B and P D to observe the extreme-pressure anti-wear property,and employing GB/T 5018 and GB/T 7326 to investigate the anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties,the proper additives were selected to meet the requirements of bentone grease.
