摘  要:将自制的煤沥青粉添加到重油中制得浆体燃料煤沥青油浆,对成浆性和流变性的影响规律进行了研究.结果表明,在相同温度下,煤沥青油浆的表观黏度随煤沥青粉添加量的增加而增大,剪切速率相同时黏度随温度的升高而减小.添加不同质量分数制得的煤沥青油浆在同一剪切速率下的黏度随温度的升高而减小,且随温度的升高黏度减小趋势逐渐变小,当煤沥青粉添加量≤12%时,煤沥青粉添加量对煤沥青油浆的流变性影响较小.随着煤沥青粉添加量的增加,煤沥青油浆的低位发热量稍有下降,但降低幅度较小.Adding self-made coal pitch powder to heavy oil could be obtained coal pitch oil slurry(CPOS),and the influence law of viscosity and rheology behavior were analyzed.The results showed that the viscosity of CPOS would increase with the higher dosage of the self-made coal pitch powder at the same temperature.The viscosity of CPOS with different concentration would decrease with the increase of temperature at the same shearing rate.With the increase of temperature,the decreasing trend of viscosity was gradually reduced.When the concentration of coal pitch powder was ≤12%,it has little effect on the rheology behavior of CPOS.With the increase of coal pitch powder's concentration,net calorific value of CPOS appeared reduction,but the diminished rate was little.
