摘 要:目的简化样品前处理方法,确立一种简便快速、准确的黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法比较《中国药典》和《香港中药材标准》(港标)中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。结果港标方法测定黄芪甲苷对照品浓度在20.56~411.20μg/mL之间呈良好线性关系,r=0.9973。平均加样回收率为102.14%,RSD为3.1%。采用SPSS 13.0软件对两种分析方法测得的3批药材黄芪甲苷含量作统计分析,T检验结果P=0.951>0.05。采用港标方法对购自清平药材市场19批药材中黄芪甲苷含量进行测定,结果含量在0.15~0.84 mg/g之间。结论港标方法重现性良好,结果准确可靠,且样品前处理方法简便,测得黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷含量与中国药典方法相比没有统计学差异。Objective To simplify the sample preparation method and to establish a rapid and accurate method for determination of astragaloside IV in Radix Astragali.Methods Two methods described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010)(ChP) and Hong Kong Chinese Materia Medica Standards(2005)(HKCMMS) were compared.Results The content of astragaloside IV determined by HKCMMS showed a good linearity in the range of 20.56 ~ 411.20 μg/mL.The average recovery was 102.14 % and RSD was 3.1 %.SPSS 13.0 software was used for the statistical analysis of determination of astragaloside IV in 3 batches of Radix Astragali by the two methods,and T test results showed P = 0.951 〉0.05.Radix Astragali in 19 groups bought from Qingping market were determined by HKCMMS,and the results showed content of astragaloside IV was in the range of 0.15 ~ 0.84 mg/g.Conclusion The sample preparation method utilized in HKCMMS is simple,accurate,reliable and with good reproducibility,and there are no significant differences of the determination results between Chp and HKCMMS.
