甲基维生素B_(12)对断指再植的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析甲基维生素B_12在断指再植患者中的临床效果,总结其临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年6月期间在我院行断指再植术的患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例,两组均给予术后一般的常规治疗,观察组另外给予500ug肌肉注射,对两组患者的手指感觉功能进行评定。结果:观察组患者术后的手指感觉恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而且无明显不良反应。结论:甲基维生素B_12对断指再植术后周围神经损伤的重建及对术后手指感觉功能的恢复具有促进作用。Objective：To discuss and analyses the function of Vitamin B12）in the patients who experienced replantation of amputated finger,then summary it＇s clinical value.Method：From Jau.2004 to Jun.2011,there were 50 patients received replantation of amputated finger in our hospital.Retrospective study all of them clinical dates,grouped observe group and control group randomly,every group had 25 patients,beside routine therapy,the observe group add Vitamin B12 injection to the patients,compared with the finger felling of the two group patients.Result：The finger sensory recovery of the observe group had an advantage than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Vitamin B12 has the positive effect in the reconstruction of the peripheral nerve and the recovery of the finger sensory.
