摘　　要：本文利用Delphi7.0和SQL Server数据库技术,设计开发了医院医护人员素质考评系统,其特点是利用先进的计算机技术与科学的考评体系相结合,考查了医院医护人员素质,提高了工作效率与工作质量。This article discusses the new Hospital Medical Personnel Quality Evaluation System which was designed and Developed by Delphi7.0 and SQL Server database technology.The characteristic of this system is through the combination of the advanced computer technology and the scientific appraisal system,it examines the quality of medical personnel,and improves their work efficiency and quality.
