摘　　要：根据在数据库编程中的实际需求,详细分析了在VS2010中使用C#.NET读取Excel表格数据的原理和方法,通过导入Office COM组件的方式,创建Excel表格文件并导出数据到Excel文件,方便了用户的后期数据处理。Excel is an outstanding electronic form software,favor of clerical work force.According to the demand of database programming,the paper intends to discussing the methods about how to create and access Excel files with VS2010 C#.NET.By importing Office COM components,create an Excel spreadsheet file and export data to Excel files,user-friendly and flexible to use later.
