摘　　要：在欧洲向近代转型的过程中,王权因其代表时代所需和正在兴起的民族国家,因而具有进步性和需要强化。然而,德意志王权的表现却与时代要求相去甚远,难以成为正在兴起的民族国家的代表,表现出很强的落后性。During the transitional period to modern time, being the representative of the need of the time and the rising national sates, European monarchies had proved as a progressive force and should be intensified. However, quite different from the need of the timethe performance of German monarchy showed great backwardness, and could not become the representative of the rising German national state.
