摘　　要：艾滋病自1981年被认识以来,全球感染艾滋病病毒人数增长迅猛,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染人体后果严重,受到人们的深切关注。本文从艾滋病的流行病学、预防、治疗等方面对艾滋病的研究和治疗做一综述。After it was found in 1981,AIDS continues to spread globally and remains a worldwide pandemic affection.The prevention of HIV infection remains paramount,and it presents an enormous health and economic consequences.This review highlights the epidemiology of AIDS,and the development of prevention,treatment and vaccine research that could be employed to retard the spread of HIV.
