应用铜针治疗皮肤软组织内海绵状血管瘤

摘　　要：目的总结应用铜针栓塞治疗皮肤软组织内海绵状血管瘤的经验。方法应用直径1～3mm铜丝制成的铜针直接经皮刺入血管瘤体内,通以4～6V直流电并留置铜针1周或者单独留置铜针。结果治疗病例23例,其中面颈部6例,上肢5例,躯干部2例,下肢臀部10例,治疗后出现患处萎缩、硬化,患肢周长缩小,皮肤蓝紫色变浅,接近正常,患肢肿胀沉重感减轻或消失等明显效果。结论应用铜针治疗对手术切除较困难、面积较大的海绵状血管瘤,是一种简易、有效、创伤相对较小的方法。Objective To sum up the treatment experience of subcutaneous cavernous hemangioma using copper needles.Methods Copper needles(1-3mm in diameter) were inserted into the blood-filled spaces directly and connected with 4-6V direct electric current,then the needles were retained for a week or the needles retention were used only.Results 23 cases were treated including the regions of cheek and chin(6),arm and forearm(5),trunk(2),upper leg and buttock(9),lower leg(1).There were manifestation of shrinking of the hemangioma after the treatment of which blood-filled spaces collapsed and the tissue became harden,circumference of the involved extremity decreased, skin became normal in color and the feeling of soreness or heaviness reduced or disappeared.Conclusion Treatment of subcutaneous cavernous hemangioma using copper needles is a simple,effective technique with less trauma.
