摘　　要：目的观察自体脂肪颗粒移植充填面部皮肤凹陷的临床效果。方法用注射器抽吸自体脂肪颗粒,生理盐水漂洗后用针头稍粗的注射器注入面部皮肤凹陷处。结果本组51例共72个面部凹陷部位采用自体脂肪颗粒移植充填,27例随访超过6个月,注射脂肪术区皮肤凹陷均得到较明显的改善,效果满意。结论自体脂肪移植填充术治疗面部皮肤凹陷并发症少,效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the correction of facial skin depression by autologous adipose tissue transplantation.Methods Autologous lipochondria obtained by liposuction with injection syringe and washed with 0.9%NaCl were grafted to fill the facial skin depression area with gross injection syringe than the one used in liposuction.Results 72 facial skin depression areas of 51 patients were treated,and 27 cases were followed up more than 6 months,the correction of facial skin depression have produced good results.Conclusion The correction of facial skin depression by autologous adipose tissue transplantation can obtain satisfactory effect with few complication.
