摘　　要：电液执行器是一种智能型机、电、液一体化动力装置,文章对伺服阀控制式和电动机控制式两种电液执行器在结构、液压系统原理、控制方式、性能、应用等方面进行了详细的比较分析。Electro-hydraulic actuator is an intelligent power plant which is combined with the mechanics,electronics,and hydraulics.This ariticle made detailed analysis and comparision between servovalve-congtrolled and motor-controlled electro-hydraulic actuator in the structure,hydraulic syetem principle,control mode,performance,applications,etc.
