自制中药酊剂治疗白癜风临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制红花、栀子酊剂治疗白癜风的临床疗效与不良反应。方法随机选取73例白癜风患者,采用自制中药酊剂治疗并与敏白灵酊进行对照观察,每天外用药物2次,每月观察判定疗效,3个月为一疗程。结果实验组治愈率为25.0%,显效率为55.0%,总有效率为75.0%,其中总有效率与对照组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论红花、栀子酊剂治疗白癜风有效,不良反应较少。Objective To observe the therapeutic and side effects of the tincture that made of safflower and gardenia.Methods 73 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(33 cases).The treatment group treated by external using the tincture which made of safflower and gardenia twice a day,and the controls treated by external using Min bai-ling's tincture.Curative effects were observed and evaluated once a month for a three-month course of treatment.Results The cure rate,effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 25.0%,55.0% and 75.0% respectively.There was signifi cant difference in total effective rate between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The tincture which made of safflower and gardenia is effective for vitiligo and has fewer side effects than that of bai-ling's.
