关于我国社区体育自治组织结构与功能的探析

摘　　要：从我国社区体育自治的政府管理机构、社区自治组织和社会中介组织的3个方面,探析社区体育自治的基本组织结构及功能,正确处理好政府管理机构、社会自治组织和社会体育中介组织之间关系,实现三者之间的协调发展和良性互动.In China there are three kinds of organization responsible for administration of community sports: governmental administrative organizations,community's autonomous organizations,and non-governmental sports agencies.This paper studies the three kinds of organization in order to find out the basic organizational structure of the community autonomous sports organizations and their operational mechanism.Meanwhile,it also studies the relationship among these three organizations to promote beneficiary interactions and achieve a harmonious development for all of them.
