摘　　要：1972年的冲绳归还虽然解决了日美之间的外交悬案,但美军强占冲绳基地问题却始终未能得到解决,冲绳战略体现着美国对日本的重要外交思想。那么,冲绳战略究竟是如何形成的,本文依据1942—1946年间较为翔实的资料,对于这一特定的历史时期,美国冲绳战略的形成进行了系统论述。The return of Okinawa in 1972 solved unsettled affair between Japan and America,but the problem that the U.S.military usurped Okinawa Base hadn’t been solved.It manifests important American diplomatic thought to Japan.This paper rests on detailed information from 1942-1946 to analyze how the strategy of Okinawa to form on earth.
